The SOLGW PRECISION barrels are unquestionably the most accurate barrels we’ve ever offered. Optimized for accuracy, the SPR contour and 5/8×24 threads at the muzzle are by no means lightweight, but are built with accuracy in mind.

United StatesBest barrel I've had on a semiauto
I got the 14.5" barrel and it's been incredible. I've assembled probably between 30 and 40 AR's for myself and others. I've always been meticulous with my builds torquing everything to spec, checking headspace, whatever I can do to make sure I've put the most care possible into the assembly. Lots of brands, barrel profiles, and lots of differing levels of accuracy. Never had a sub-minute AR like everyone claims to have online. Imagine my surprise when I get this build put together and it starts putting out multiple half minute 5 round groups. My first range trip I get it sighted in and let it cool. It likes Hornady 103gr ELDX the best out of what I tested, but everything grouped well. I shot 6 groups of 5 rounds and half are .5 MOA. The other half somewhere between .7 and 1MOA (all ELDX). Multiple range trips later and a few hundred rounds in I'd say I finally have a real sub-minute semiauto. Took it out to the 1,000y range and I'm getting the same holds out of this 14.5 I'd need for my old 18" 6.5 grendel. Rang steel 6/6 times in a row at 1,000 before letting others shoot it. What an incredible barrel. It's been years since I wrote a review, but this barrel earned it.

Had an issue after assembling my completed 6mm ARC upper where the BCG wouldnt go all the way into the barrel lugs. Everything was SOLGW except the BCG. Shipped my complete upper out to them and they found the non SOLGW BCG was the issue. Had one of theres installed and no more issues. They even qc'd it before sending it back. Shot it this week and I am more then impressed with the rifle accuracy and their customer service

Bought a barrel off their website it said it was in stock about a month later I tried calling no answer so I emailed no response I emailed again and finally got an email response a couple days after to say the barrels weren’t done and would need to be completed and checked for quality little did that do obviously. So another week or so goes by I get a shipped confirmation and receive the barrel look down it and it has a burr under the gas port that looks like had to have left on purpose cause it covered half the barrel tried to contact them again which has gotten me no where.

I wrote a review for my 13.9 SOLGW barrel. I was so impressed with the perfromance I decided to try my hands on a 16" SPR also in 6mmARC. Cleaned the barrel, ensured headspace with a JP Enterprise bolt, installed in a lapped BCM upper and took it to the range. It printed SubMOA 5-shot groups from the start (some of the groups were sub 1/2 MOA). I can't wait to see what it can do one have ran a good number of rounds through it. Everyone at the range was impressed, me included. This barrel provides the performance of top tier/pricer barrels, such as Noveski or Proof Reseach at half the price. I highly recommend SOLGW to anyone. What a great product from SOLGW.
USOutstanding accuracy
SOLGW didn't have the barrel the I was looking for and they gave me the run around for a couple of weeks. I got tired and purchased a 6mmARC in 13.9" with 1:7 from Brownell's. Boy am I happy with it. This thing is way more accurate than I can ever be. SubMOA with factory ammo and Sub 0.5 MOA with handloads, assuming I manage to do my part. This barrel is heavy, but just slightly short of a laser. I'm so happy with it, I nearly forgot the hearteach and aggravation I felt from their fufillment department. If you have time to wait, and I mean a good amount of time to wait before they get their act together (or even better, you find a SOLGW barrel for sale by a distributer), you can't go wrong with one of these barrels. Great product, but their fufillment sucks.
