2020 SONS OF LIBERTY GUN WORKS PROGRAM GUIDE

Our partners are critical to helping us promote and sell SOLGW products both consumers and government agencies around the globe. SOLGW appreciates the time and resources our dealers commit to product knowledge and assuring a positive user experience. The 2020 Program guide outlines all programs available. These are compounding programs for you to grow your business with us on an annual basis. 

DEALER

  • Must place a minimum order of SOLGW products totaling Twenty Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500) for immediate delivery.
  • New dealers must submit a completed 2020 Dealer application to qualify as an authorized SOLGW Dealer.
  • Must have a valid state business license & pass a credit verification process.
  • Reorders must be placed at a minimum order of Five Hundred Dollars ($500)
  • Payment Terms: Credit Card

STOCKING DEALER

  • Must place a minimum order of SOLGW products totaling Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000) within 120 days, for immediate delivery.
  • New dealers must submit a completed 2020 Dealer application to qualify as an authorized SOLGW Dealer.
  • Must have a valid state business license & pass a credit verification process.
  • Reorders must be placed at a minimum order of Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000)
  • Payment Terms: NET 30 (W.A.C.)

PREMIER DEALER

  • Must place a minimum order of SOLGW products totaling Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000) within 180 days, for immediate delivery.
  • New dealers must submit a completed 2020 Dealer application to qualify as an authorized SOLGW Dealer.
  • Must have a valid state business license & pass a credit verification process.
  • Reorders must be placed at a minimum order of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000)
  • Salesman incentive / reward program
  • Payment Terms: TBD (W.A.C.)

WHOLESALE DEALER

  •  Wholesale level available for qualifying bon fide distributors, please email William@sonsoflibertygw.com for details.
     

STANDARD TERMS

  • Resale: Sales of SOLGW products are restricted to US dealers and consumers only. Exporting outside the US unless specifically approved by SOLGW is prohibited. A valid state business and resale license is required.
  • Payment: Payment methods are credit card, wire, or company check. Standard payment is ACH/check and is due at the time of order. Terms may be granted but requires SOLGW approval. Net Terms are to be paid by Bank Transfer, Wire Transfer or Business Check – all payments must be received within the defined Term timeframe. Credit Card is for file purposes. If choosing to use a credit card, a 3% fee will be added.
  • Shipping: Shipping charges are the responsibility of the dealer. SOLGW does not offer a drop ship program but will consider drop shipments on a case-by-case basis for orders that exceed $2,500.
  • Order policy: Orders are subject to acceptance. Orders cannot be modified, changed, or canceled after shipping. Any and all returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Reorders for mounts requires a minimum outlined in the dealer program level.
  • Pricing/products: SOLGW pricing and product design is subject to change without prior notice.
  • FET Out Sales: Only those dealers authorized are able to bid on FET OUT sales. SOLGW has a separate agreement for those dealers wishing to have exclusivity in the LE/MIL/GOV sales channels.
  • Custom Orders: Custom orders cannot be returned or canceled.
  • MAP Policy: All US resellers MUST adhere to SOLGW’s Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) for all external communications. MAP Policy
  • EBAY, AMAZON, And SIMILAR: Written permission from SOLGW is required to sell SOLGW products via third party e-commerce sites such as Amazon or Ebay and including any online auction-style selling like Gunbroker.
  • COLLECTION: Dealer understands and agrees that they are liable for all orders placed. Additionally, dealer shall be liable for all costs incurred by SOLGW in the collection of any delinquent account, including attorney fees.
  • RETURNS: Dealer agrees not to return any merchandise to SOLGW without prior approval. Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. The RMA number must be written on the outside of the box. All returns must include all original packaging, tagging; must be in 100% sellable condition; and must be active SOLGW products. All shipment errors must be reported in 5 business days.
