“We need to own the fact that we suck at ecommerce,” as Mike Mihalski puts it. But here’s the thing: while we’ve been building some of the finest firearms in America, our online presence, customer service, and order fulfillment haven’t matched the quality and reliability of our products.
That changes now.

Enter the Dream Team
We’re not just talking about change – we’re making it happen. We’ve brought on Chris Greenfield, our new e-commerce guru, to transform the Sons of Liberty online experience. Think of him as our first-round draft pick for revamping everything about how you interact with SOLGW online. He brings over a decade of ecommerce experience as well in depth product knowledge and leadership.
A Website That Actually Works
With the addition of Chris to the team, we’ve also switched web development and hosting to Beyond the Brand Media, the heavy hitters behind websites such as Big Tex Ordnance, Rooftop Defense, and Blue Alpha Gear. No more persisting issues with signing in to your account, dead links, or non working basic website functionality.
We’re also revamping our inventory management so when you hit our website, you can buy what you’re looking for. No more “out of stock” on everything worth a damn. If we have it in the building, you should be able to buy it online.
Better Communication
We’ve added product waitlists – no more refreshing the page hoping something’s back in stock. Sign up, and we’ll let you know when that part you’ve been wanting is in stock and ready to ship. Want to find us locally? How about a Dealer Finder that doesn’t give you twelve options? We’re building a dealer locator that actually works. Find what you need, where you need it.
We’re not just going to send “buy our stuff” spam. We’re talking about real content – technical info about our products, updates on new releases, class schedules, competition events, and the kind of content that makes SOLGW what it is. If we’re going to slide into your inbox, we’re making it worth your time.
Supporting Our Dealers
Our dealers are the backbone of this operation. The new website isn’t just about direct sales – it’s about creating a hub where customers and dealers can see what’s new, what’s hot, and what’s coming next. When people get excited about something on our site, our dealers notice, which allows us to get what you want in-stock at your local gun shop.

Listen, we know change doesn’t happen overnight. But we’re putting in the work to make sure that when you interact with SOLGW online, you get the same quality experience you get from our products or if you walked in the door in San Antonio.
